The village of Tatoo is accessible from a 12 km long jeepable track starting from the Raikhot Bridge on the Karakoram Highway to Fairy Meadows. In addition, the five-kilometer trek from Tato to Fairy Meadows takes three to four hours. The fairy meadow is located in the RaiKhot Valley, at one end of the RaiKhot Glacier which rises from Nanga Parbat and eats a river that eventually falls into the Indus River.
